Payment and Delivery

Please note that prices shown on our online shop include UK VAT of 20 % and for overseas buyers VAT will be removed at the checkout.

 

Upon receipt of the order a confirmation email is sent by return.

 

Each object is custom and please allow 7 to 8 weeks for delivery.

 

Delivery within mainland UK is free of charge.

 

Cost of delivery outside of mainland UK will be quoted after receiving your order but before full payment is taken.

 

Duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

PACKAGING

 

Valet stand is shipped fully assembled.

We custom make sturdy wood crates (52x60x150 cm) to meet the piece’s needs and to ensure safe delivery.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel the Contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.

2. You do not have the right to cancel the Contract if the order is for goods made to your own specification or which are clearly personalised (i.e. bespoke).

3. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand or post, fax or email, at the address, fax number or email address shown below, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.

4. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you (within the time mentioned at paragraph 1. above), you must return the goods to us at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.

5. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

6. If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you for the direct costs of recovering the goods.

Once payment is submitted, bespoke orders may not be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Our furniture is built to order and the process begins as soon as payment is made. Please double check the details of your order before purchasing.

 

DAMAGES

 

All orders are professionally packed with great care. Damage is a rare occurrence, but in the event that your order arrives damaged, please decline the shipment and contact us right away. This will allow us to handle any necessary returns, repairs, or replacements easily.

We will coordinate returns and replacements as quickly and efficiently as possible. Photos may be requested for filing a claim. All shipments are insured.
